Avocado Dip

It’s total injustice for me to write a big write up for such a small and easy recipe..

Dips are something you can eat with anything or everything, on your rice cakes, crackers, inside your wraps, sandwiches or as a topping on your bruschetta.

All you need to do for making this simple, fresh, refreshing and super yummy dip is blend all the ingredients together and Voila it’s ready to impress your guest.

Avocado Dip

  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Print

  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • salt to taste
  • 2 -3 fresh Basil leaves
  • 1 tsbp Lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove

  • Peel the avocado and remove the seed then put the pulp in the blender.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and blend them till a smooth paste is ready.
  • Check for salt and sourness and serve.
  • Refrigerate it and should be consumed within 2-3 days.

Serving Suggestion: I have used it in wraps and even as a spread for bruschetta with tomato toppings.
