Frozen Cake - Elsa & Anna
I made this Cake for my daughter’s 4th and 2nd Birthday Party.. They both love frozen.. My very 1st attempt to make such kind of cake and my friend Ayse and Neice Manasi helped me doing this project.
I have used butter sponge cake, Make sure not to you a heavy cake like chocolate or mud cake, as it would be too rich to eat later with all amount of buttercream applied. Thus a combination of light cake and heavy cream is perfect.
Insert the dolls in. Make sure not to crack the cake, need to be gentle.
It’s very important to get desired colours.
The circle marks who can see in the above photo were used as a rough guide to make swirls. As for Elsa dress we need to make swirls so a light dirty icing was enough.
It was hard to get the perfect smooth texture for this dress, I guess was the weather.
Always start the pattern from the back of the cake so the adjustments can be made and won’t be very visible.
Ready :-))
Cake for a Pursuing Pilot
Nappy Cake / Diaper Cake
A Nappy Cake / Diaper Cake for a little princess…
Roll it and use a elastic band to hold it in place
Use glue tag on bottom of the Powder Bottle
All in the same big elastic band
Start attaching more diapers to the first round to make the second one.
First Tier completed
Similar to first tier put diapers in second tier but just one round
Use a cloth or paper to cover the gap between the top tier diapers and hid the lid. And you can put any characters or even booties on top
To cover the elastic bands of both tiers wrap ribbon and use a glue gun to get it together. With hot glue attach anything you want to decorate the cake.
Use transparent cello wrap to wrap the cake and use to ribbon to hold it together.
